Challenge 88 - summertime...

Yoohoo! Summertime and the livin' is eaaaasyyyyy, summertime.... summertime??? Huh where has it gone? My part of the world appears to have been transported into some weird monsoon world. Well without the heat but when it rains its exceedingly wet rain. You know the sort that seems to be extra big drops that make you wet in about 2 seconds. Oh and can you guess who found out today that her jacket isn't shower proof?.... Oh that'll be me then! It felt lovely I could have been walking around wrapped in a wet towel! Oh I'd laughed at my friend in her husbands coat..... then she pointed out that that coat was waterproof. Oh well I guess I need a new one.

Thanks to you who came to play with our sketch last week, the RPT has done his stuff and the winner of the Joanna Sheen voucher is Inge Email me and include the challenge number in the title and I'll sort your prize for you.

So whats the challenge this week... Well... now this will make you laugh (or scream) when I set the challenges I must have been in a dream world. You know almost the middle of July.... nice hot sunny days, warm balmy evenings sat in the garden.... hmmm you read what I said earlier? Anyway I picked Summertime! hah what a laugh! So please show us something summery, it might be all we get! This week we're kindly sponsored by Crafters Companion The lucky winner will get £10 to spend online! How fab is that - have you seen the new stamps? They're lovely!

So the Gorjussettes have made some dazzling samples as always. get your shades on folks!

So there you are - something summery!

So we'd love to see what you make!

Please remember our few rules - new stuff only, link to her from your blog, link to your entry and no back dating.

Challenge 87 - its a sketch

Well howdy there folks - I hope I find you all well and looking forward to having a nice weekend. I've got my fingers crossed as we 'seem' to have a nice weather forecast! Hooray! There's actually some sunshine heading our way, so the forecasters tell us. Now whether that happens is a different matter all together - I'm hoping so as I need to attend to my garden. Why do weeds grow twice as fast as things I want to grow? Oh and regrow when you think you've dug them up! Still I hope you all have a happy weekend too.

Thanks to you all who came to play last week - fabulous as always! The RPT has done his stuff and he's picked Claire email me your details with the challenge number in the title line and I'll arrange your ribbon for you.

So what do we have in store for you this week? Well its the beginning of the month so that means its a sketch.
