Howdy there folks, I hope none of you over the pond are being affected by Irene. I've got my fingers crossed all you and your loved ones are safe. Over here we've had a terrific amount of rain! Yet in Europe its beautifully hot! Its certainly a bit mixed up for sure.

Well I'll be short and sweet - I'm black and blue after falling in our garage! I managed to wedge myself between the tumble dryer and some shelves! Its taking a bit of time doing this with one finger!

Well helloooo! Are you all fit and well? We seem to have had a spot of summer these last couple of days - I don't know where it came from but its certainly welcome! Mind you the nights are drawing in - I really dislike the dark winter nights. Still it does give me more time for crafting. I really really hope you're all safe and not affected by these horrendous riots - it must be awful for those innocent people caught up in them. stay safe and I hope they stop soon.

Challenge 92 - its a sketch!

Well howdy there! Have you been having fun in the sun? I have! Well some of it, a fair bit of time has been spent in the kitchen.... lovely in the heat I can tell you. But the sun has been a welcome visitor, I've been kept rather busy replenishing the water in the bird baths. No sooner have I put fresh in and there's a bird, or several in it. So if you have wild birdie visitors remember to give them a drink. They've even been sunbathing! I couldn't believe it the first time I saw one laid on the grass, I thought it had fallen foul of one of my kitties.
